We’re delighted to announce our recent acquisition Silbury + East in Shoreditch. Our first property in London. The building features two interconnected Victorian warehouses soon to showcase 34,198 sq ft of contemporary workspace, 200 meters away from London’s bustling ‘Silicon roundabout’.
We’re excited to bring this building back to life, placing our attention on retaining it's open space and natural light. We plan to stay true to our design ethos of stripping back the modern decoration to reveal the original roots of the space. We will be upgrading the building into a Grade A office space full of character, occupying an enviable location in the heart of one of London’s most dynamic districts.
