The landlord and tenant relationship has long been one characterised by a lack of fairness, with the power dynamic tipped in favour of the landlord.
Our approach towards tenancy agreements is underpinned by two things: equality of the relationship - ensuring that the deal is fair for both parties, and transparency - making sure that our tenants have complete understanding of the agreement and what their obligations are.
We welcome businesses to take space for a day, a week, a month, or years to suit their requirements. Our approach is to support businesses as they grow or shrink by moving them within the portfolio even when their lease still has years to run.
ZERO DEPOSIT FOR START-UPS
At the time when you’re just starting a business, the one thing you don’t have readily available is cash. So, to help the type of entrepreneurial ventures we want to support, we don’t ask start-ups for deposits.
SUPPORTING AND INCUBATING
We have helped tenants with free interim space, repairs, payment plans, referrals and recommendations to project managers, designers and marketing teams. We also never want to see a vacant space go unused - so tenants, charities and the wider community can have short term access when they need it.
