34 Boar Lane has got the green light!
We are excited to announce that we have recently been granted planning permission for 34 Boar Lane, which is set to transform the building into a high-quality office, retail and restaurant space.
Plans for the 56,000 sq ft building will aim to deliver a collaborative environment that offers its resident businesses top-quality and characterful, design-led office space with top-of-the-range technology as well an exciting range of restaurants and shops. The ground floor will be a hub for great food and drink, where people can meet, collaborate, attend workshops and host events. The upper floors will be dedicated office space, with plans for penthouse suites and roof gardens which will offer great views of the city.
